Scott Noar

Scott Noar has worked in the cable industry for over 25 years, serving several different roles at both the corporate and local level. Scott began with TCI in the late 90’s supporting the first circuit-switched launched telephony product.. He was also involved in the initial launches of the HSD product for AT&T Broadband with Excite@Home in the early 2000’s. Scott worked in the California region delivering key projects including tools deployments, plant upgrades and facilities builds. Scott has since been involved in supporting Business Development (M&A), Engineering infrastructure (DOCSIS 3.0, vCMTS), new product launches (X1) and various operational improvement initiatives during his tenure at Comcast. He currently serves as the Director of Delivery Assurance, driving key capabilities for critical business critical initiatives on behalf of the Technology and Product organization for Comcast. Scott resides in Parker, Colorado with his wife and three children. He enjoys travel, hiking, skiing, attending concerts, and most anything outdoors. Scott is a Scoutmaster in his son’s Boy Scout troop, active on his HOA board of directors and has just started a Masters program online through Drexel University. Scott has been a board member of SCTE Rocky Mountain since 2020.
