Kindra Bosch

Assistant Board

Kindra Bosch has been VP of Operations at Connecta-Tech since its inception in 2022. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the completion of full service analog to digital network upgrades on behalf of MSO clients. Connecta-Tech successfully upgraded 5,000 devices in 2022 while managing all aspects to include, survey, design, permitting, engineering, ISP integration, Network Fiber Splicing, Coax Splicing/Activations and As-Builts. Kindra is also responsible for the strategic direction of the company which is realized through the entrance of new talent trained and curated for cable engineering and construction.

Prior to launching Connecta-Tech she was responsible for successfully building an OSP Professional Service department within Harmonic as Director of OSP Services. This department provided strategic partnerships to clients through augmenting staff and resources targeting the completion of capacity relief projects from identification to field implementation.

Kindra started her cable career at Comcast West Division in 2010 as a Direct Mail Marketing Coordinator supporting the transition from regional print programs to centralized solutions. She then transitioned to Marketing Operations as a Marketing Specialist translating marketing offer strategy to billing code updates while creating QC and Standardization initiatives that increased the productivity of offer launches. Kindra moved into an Xfinity Store Manager role located in Washington state piloting one of the first onsite Verizon sales programs and coaching her team to earn top ranked Customer Service awards.

She found her home in Engineering and Construction as a regional Compliance Manager creating a best in class Outage Playbook which provided a communication template leveraged across the company enterprise. Kindra took her playbook writing and love of process development to a Construction Management role diving into analytics, permitting, drop bury, plant maintenance and extensions initially as a regional manager and then as a West Division Sr Manager. During her tenure she partnered to successfully launch critical permitting betterments, actionable analytics and streamlined process management. Kindra loves to learn and her educational background is just as diverse with an undergrad in English Writing and MBA in IT Management. She also loves giving back to the industry through WICT and SCTE board memberships.

Kindra lives in Washington state with her husband and three kids. The Bosch’s enjoy family game night, exploring the outdoors, beach vacations, road trips and playdates with friends.
