Jill Bharwani

Jill joined Charter Communication in 2016 as Senior Program Manager in Field Operations. She led the development of standardized technician scorecard and incentive program as well as technician career progression programs. In 2019, she became Sr Director, Process Engineering for Field Operations, responsible for creating installation and troubleshooting process for Field Technicians for all new devices and products. In 2022, Jill transitioned over to Charter’s Connectivity Technology group, focusing on process engineering.

Prior to joining Charter, Jill was a consultant with Sand Cherry and worked extensively with clients around program planning, development, and implementation. Jill also worked as a technology commercialization consultant helping clients effectively commercialize the highest potential technology. In addition, she also co-founded a non-profit organization,
Social Innovations Global, to train disadvantaged people, particularly women, in developing nations to become economically independent through technology commercialization and other entrepreneurial opportunities.

Jill has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bucknell University and an International Masters of Business Administration from the University of Denver.
