Chris Moreno

Board

Chris Moreno has worked in the cable industry for over 9 years and has served in Comcast's Planning & Design, Business, and TPX Connect organizations.

Chris is currently the Manager of Fiber Design Operations for the TPX Connect Team, where he is responsible for the planning and implementation of National fiber design standards across Comcast's three divisions. He is currently working on launching vBNG EPON, FDX, and Iris design and drafting standards.

Chris started his career in the Florida and Mountain West Planning & Design teams where he helped improve fiber design efficiencies, managed vendor resources, and optimized standardization across Comcast’s footprint. He then became a project manager in Comcast Business where he partnered with local construction teams to ensure projects were completed on time and within budget. Afterward, he served as a Sr. Project Manager for Technical Process Improvement in Comcast Business where he was responsible for staffing augmentations, organizational strategy, workforce analysis, and ticket distribution optimization.

Chris continues to be inspired by helping others grow in their personal lives and evolve into leaders. He has been a member in both SCTE's South Florida and Rocky Mountain Chapters. He served one year as an associate board member in 2019, was voted Chapter Member of the Month in April 2020, and completed his SCTE Broadband Distribution Specialist Certification. He also holds an MBA in Process Improvement from Nova Southeastern University and is certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management Professional, and ScrumMaster.

Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, vacationing in the mountains, and volunteering in his local community.
