Chris Miranda

Chris is a Video Network Engineer for Comcast West Division in Denver, CO. He started his career with Comcast in 2007 in the San Francisco Bay Area (San Jose, CA) and has held various positions since. Chris started as a Residential Installer and became a Business Services Installer in 2009. From there, Chris went on to hold some exciting positions: Enterprise Installer (MetroE), Headend Technician, Regional Video Network Engineer, up to his current role. Chris uses SCTE as a catapult to grow himself and has been fortunate to have experienced all the various roles he’s held. Chris is a firm believer in SCTE’s mission, which is why he volunteers his time to give back to its members. Prior to relocating to Denver in 2017, he served on the Golden Gate Chapter board in the Bay Area. Chris aspires to serve on the board of the Rocky Mountain Chapter one day. Because of his belief in SCTE, he still maintains 7 active SCTE certifications even though they may not all pertain to his current role.

Chris has a wife, Roselynn, and two daughters, Camilla and Natalie with whom he enjoys spending his free time with. He is a runner and enjoys being a sports fan: mostly boxing, football, and basketball.
